Subscription & protocols
Alientech has recently updated its subscription structure to make it simpler and more aligned with customer needs. Subscriptions are now divided into separate categories, allowing users to select only the vehicle types they work with while still having the flexibility to combine multiple categories if needed.
For example, if you previously had the Car–Bike protocol, you will now need to purchase the Car–LCV protocol separately and, if required, the Bike–ATV & UTV protocol as well.
